How to shop

First time orders

For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

Sizing information

As sizing varies considerably amongst the designers we stock, we recommend that you refer to the ‘Size and Fit’ tab and the sizing chart on the product page to help you choose the best size.

If you are not entirely happy with the size you have purchased, simply exchange it for a different one within the EU for free.

Gift orders

Our Personal Shoppers can provide you with tailored gift suggestions. Simply send an email to or call +39 329 33 97 995/+ 39 333 74 35561 (from a mobile or internationally), 9am-5pm GMT, Monday to Friday.
All gifts are delivered in our signature Manfredi Style boxes. To have your order shipped as a gift, select the gift card option on the packaging page and include an optional note.

Packaging options

Manfredi Style premium packaging

Your first order will be delivered in one of our signature white boxes. Next time you shop, ‘Basic Packaging’ will be the default selection, where your items arrive in a plain box with no Manfredi Style branding. You always have a choice of both packaging options when you reach the shipping page. Please note that Manfredi Style Premier orders are delivered in Manfredi Style carrier bags, unless the gift option has been chosen. Shoes will be wrapped as described below.

Basic packaging

Your items will be placed in a plain box with no Manfredi Style signature box.

Discreet packaging

If you would prefer a more subtle delivery option, your order can be received in a non-branded bag. This is only available for Manfredi Style Premier orders.

Your account

Register an account with us to enjoy the following benefits through your Manfredi Style account:

  • Track your orders and manage your order history
  • Save your address and credit card details for faster shopping
  • Request your return or exchange directly from your account – no need to contact customer care
  • Gain access to your Wish List and Recommendations

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, change it here or follow the Forgotten Password instructions on the Sign In page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

How do i make a purchase?

Purchasing from MANFREDI STYLE is easy:
If you know what you are looking for, use the CLOTHING, SHOES and ACCESSORIES links. You can also shop by browsing the JOURNAL section or directly by designer.Once you have found an item, select your size and use the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button underneath.

Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page. You can add products to your Wish List or use the ‘REMOVE FROM SHOPPING BAG’ link to delete items from your shopping bag.

Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

What payment methods does Manfredi Style accept?

We accept Direct Bank Transfer. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Manfredi Style Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.

How do i change currency?

You are currently viewing the INTERNATIONAL version of our website, serving the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East and Oceania. Your order will be charged in Euros.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Manfredi Style is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Order Status’. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.
