Most of the products you can find in our page are complete, some instead can be customized or even tailor-made from beginning to end. The customizable products can be requested by asking us through out our info address email (, and obviously require different timing for the actual realization.

Please notice each tailor-made product has a different timing due to different type of work behind it and will also have a different price from the original product.

Once your order has been completed, we will send you an e-mail confirming the details of the product, photograph and final price.
Please notice that once started, the customized product can not be rejected and can not be returned as already complete products can.

• When you want to buy one of our products, press the “Purchase” button under the picture. The product will automatically go in your “shopping bag” in the top right corner of the page.
• You can still continue to shop and navigate in our website after placing a product in your shopping bag. To return to it just click on the bag symbol in the top right corner of the page.
• Once finished navigating, return to your shopping bag and select “Proceed to check out” button.
• You will be redirected to the billing address page.
Complete the form with your billing address and provide your email address and your favourite payment method on the right under the total amount of your purchases.
(If you want to ship your products to a different address you can find the banner at the bottom end of the page)
• Press “proceed to..” or “place order” with the chosen payment method under the payment method selection. You will be redirected to the following page where you can enter your credit card/pay pal/bank account info.
• Complete your order by filling the requested info. You will see on the top banner a resume of your order details, your Order number code and final amount that will be charged.
(If you pay through direct bank transfer you will receive our bank account details)
• Click the “Submit Order” button.
• After you click on “Submit Order” you will be redirected to a new page with the confirmation of your order. You will also receive confirmation of your order via email to the email address specified.




CREDIT CARD accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB Cards.

You can enter your credit card number through the secure server of Banca Sella, which encrypts the information you provided. We guarantee that every transaction you make on will be secure.


You can pay also through PayPal choosing it between the payment methods. By clicking on “Place Order” at the final step of your payment process, you will be redirect to the PayPal login page, where you can complete your purchase by accessing your account.

If you would like to pay through bank transfer, follow our purchasing procedure and select “Direct Bank Transfer” between the payment methods. The final page to which you will be redirected will provide you our Banking Information and your order will be put on hold until the funds have cleared in our account. Once funds have arrived the order will be processed, with the actual shipping of the products. Eventual bank fees will be covered by us.


Pre-Order Payment

With you can pre-order products that still have not been created, by customizing your purchase.

We will provide you the estimated arrival date of the product, given us by the supplier.

If using a credit card or Paypal, you will be charged in the moment you place the final order.

If paying  through direct bank transfer, the payment must be sent within 24 hours from the time in which the order was placed. is not responsible for the cancellation or modification of pre-order products, caused by supplier changes. Also delays can not be imputated to Every cancelled or modified pre-ordered product that for this reason can not be sold, will obviously be refunded to you, using the same payment method of the purchase.


SALES TAX, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES will not take responsibility for all taxes and customs duties. To check if we will pay taxes and custom duties on orders to your country, or if this will have to be added to the customer’s total amount, simply view your shopping bag.

Following international laws you have the right to request the complete refund within 14 days from when you received your order

If you prefer you can decide to be refunded through store credit coupons of the same value with which you can buy other products of our e-commerce or change directly your product with some others of different colors or size if the product is available
